Joseph Keusch |
Chief Riding Instructor
Joseph Keusch has been
riding for over 40 years and teaching since 1975. Swiss-born, Mr. Keusch has
taught in Virginia, California and Switzerland and learned his craft under Paul
Weier, Switzerland's master riding instructor and five-time Olympic participant
and medalist. Mr. Keusch has competed in Italy, Germany, Switzerland and the
United States and foxhunted in Ireland and the United States. In 2002 he won
Grand Champion in the Foxhunter's
Championship Series aboard his legendary field hunter, Glasnost. Mr. Keusch served
as the Chief Trainer and Riding Instructor at Paper Chase Farms
equestrian center from 1985 to 2000 and as Joint Master of The
Fairfax Hunt in Virginia from 1997 to 2009.
Joseph Keusch is available for bookings for private riding instruction,
training,
and clinics. He teaches a weekly cross-country foxhunter lesson
in the Middleburg area to qualified riders on their own horses.
